Meeting point
Meeting at Capri Hydro – Green Watersports in Marina Piccola (click here for directions).
15 minutes
We will start with the fundamental principles of the eFoil, such as its structure and the operation of the electric motor. We will also explain how the underwater wing works, which creates the thrust needed to lift the surfboard from the water and keep it flying. Next, we will discuss the precautions to take to ensure safety during eFoil use and we will put on a helmet and life jacket.
30 minutes
The instructor will explain the basic technical aspects of the eFoil in the water, such as maintaining balance and controlling speed and direction.
15 minutes
Now that you’re confident with the eFoil, we’ll take some photos and record a small video while you use the board, which we’ll send to you for free.

There are two of us, can we have a lesson together?
Sure! You will need to book the “group lesson”.
What is the difference between private and group lessons?
The private lesson includes an instructor for each participant. The group lesson, on the other hand, has one instructor for every two participants.
Cancellation policy
It is possible to cancel a reservation by sending an e-mail to info@caprihydro.com no later than 7 days before the date of the tour. The fee paid will be refunded in full.
What to bring and what to wear
In the summer it is advisable to wear a swimsuit, a T-shirt, flip flops (or beach shoes), sunglasses. Bring sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun, a towel, and a water bottle.
In the winter it is advisable to wear a T-shirt and athletic pants. Remember to bring a dry change for the return.
What equipment is provided? Which one is recommended to buy?
Our guests will be provided with professional eFoil Fliteboard. We will also provide you with a wetsuit, a lifejacket, and a helmet.
In addition, you can also buy on our website the following accessories:
- Capri Hydro anti-UV T-shirt
- A microfiber towel, comfortable and light
Adverse weather conditions
To guarantee the maximum safety of our customers, in the event of adverse weather conditions, the lesson can be modified, reduced or, in particularly critical weather conditions, canceled and refunded. In the latter case, you will be contacted, and you can choose whether to postpone the lesson to another time, or day, or request a full refund.
